A Middlesex man was arrested Sunday on a felony charge of aggravated family offense following the report of a physical domestic incident at a residence on State Route 245.
Dustin Bristol is accused of intentionally causing damage to property belonging to another Middlesex resident. The 29-year-old was also charged with criminal mischief. The felony charge of aggravated family offense is because Bristol has a conviction for the same charge within the last five years.
Bristol was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
