Seneca Falls Police arrested a Massachusetts man following a traffic stop on Lake Road Friday night.
Richard Thompson was stopped after the vehicle he was driving was spotted failing to stop at a posted stop sign. During the traffic stop, it was determined by police that Thompson was driving while intoxicated.
The 61-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with 0.08% or more BAC, and failing to stop at a stop sign.
Thompson was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
