A traffic stop in Seneca Falls Saturday night resulted in the arrest of a Maryland man.
39-year-old Joseph Justin was pulled over for speeding. During the traffic stop, it was determined Justin was allegedly driving his vehicle while intoxicated. Justin was charged with drunken driving, speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a car.
Justin refused to submit to a breathalyzer test and was taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
