A Cayuga County woman is facing charges after a Friday afternoon motor vehicle accident in the Town of Victory.
State troopers report responding to Pople Road at around 2:30p for the property damage accident where they then arrested Amber Baran. The 49-year-old Martville woman was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and a traffic ticket.
Baran is scheduled to answer the charges against her in Victory Town Court on December 20.
