The investigation into a one-car accident on High Street in the town of Victor Thursday morning resulted in the arrest of a Wayne County man.
28-year-old Tyler Conger, of Marion, was charged with DWI following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Conger was issued citations and will return to Victor Town Court at a later date to answer his charges.
