A Marion man faces a number of charges after being arrested twice Tuesday night.
37-year-old Ryan Lawliss is accused of bringing several items past the final point of sale at the Macedon Walmart store without paying for them before leaving the scene. Lawliss was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
Lawliss was then arrested after police were called to a gas station in Walworth for a person passed out behind the wheel of a car. Lawliss reportedly pulled into the gas station, went inside the store, and then got back into his car and fell asleep at the gas pump. Lawliss was placed through standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He refused to give a chemical breath sample.
Lawliss was taken to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
