The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion man.
Joshua Lawliss was arrested at the Wayne County Jail in relation to a Family Court Warrant issued by the Ontario County Family Court on March 14th for allegedly not paying child support.
The 41-year-old Marion man was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
