A traffic stop in the town of Arcadia over the weekend resulted in the arrest of a 37-year-old Marion man.
John Montes was a passenger of the car being operated by the protected party of a current Stay Away Order of Protection against him.
Montes was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and was being held at the Wayne County Jail to await CAPS court.
