A Marion man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following a bench warrant investigation.
The warrant for the arrest of Thomas Simmons was issued after he allegedly failed to appear in Marion Court on a harassment charge.
The 29-year-old Simmons was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
