The investigation into a car crash in the town of Marion by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a 59-year-old Williamson man.
During the course of the deputy’s investigation, Christopher Ford was asked to participate in standardized field sobriety testing, which he failed leading to his arrest. Ford was brought to the Sheriff’s Office and refused to take a chemical test.
Ford was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as multiple vehicle and traffic law violations and will appear in Marion Town Court at a later date.
