A Marion man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Luca Gruttadaurio is accused of using a car without the consent of its owner following a domestic incident that occurred in Marion. Gruttadaurio was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment.
Gruttadaurio will appear in Marion Town Court at a later date for further court proceedings.
