Police have arrested a Wayne County man for allegedly shooting a BB gun at another person’s windshield after becoming upset.
40-year-old Joshua Lawliss of Marion is charged with criminal mischief. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Lawliss was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and is due to appear in Town of Marion Court next week to answer the charges.
New York State Police assisted the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office with the investigation.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
