Manhattan Man Ticketed for Driving on a Suspended License in Penn Yan

A Manhattan man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village Sunday night.

43-year-old Nelson Collado was observed driving on Liberty Street with an expired inspection. A traffic stop was initiated and a check of his license showed that it was allegedly suspended.

Collado was ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
