An Ontario County woman who returned items four years ago to the Walmart store in Canandaigua that she never paid for has been arrested on falsifying business records charges.
At the time of the March 2019 transaction, Mary Orr received a Walmart gift card for the amount of unpaid items.
The 60-year-old Manchester woman was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
