Two 18-year-olds from Manchester are facing charges after deputies say a child was hurt during a family dispute.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Peter Mastowski and Aislynne Langer, both of Short Road, were arrested for endangering the welfare of a child following an altercation between the two. Deputies say a child under the age of 17 suffered minor injuries during the incident.
Both Mastowski and Langer were taken to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment and later released on their own recognizance.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
