Manchester Man Accused of Possessing Cocaine During Geneva Arrest

Geneva Police arrested a Manchester man following an incident at the Byrne Dairy store in the Ontario County city.

Jerry Robinson was arrested after he allegedly stole merchandise from the store. The 41-year-old was also allegedly found to have cocaine after being taken into custody.

Robinson was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
