The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a homeless man following two warrant investigations.
40-year-old Christopher Hoover was charged with assault, criminal mischief, and trespass. Both warrants were issued out of Lyons Town Court after Hoover allegedly failed to appear at several court appearances. Hoover was located at Lakeside Skate Park in Orleans County and extradited back to Wayne County.
Hoover was being held at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for CAP arraignment.
