Man Threatens to Use Stun Gun During Incident in Canandaigua

A disturbance at Connections Rounded Recovery on West Avenue in Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old man.

Lee Morgan is accused of getting into a physical confrontation with two other people when he pulled out a stun gun and threatened to use it. Morgan was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

Following his arrest, Morgan was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
