Police arrested a man who was driving in Seneca County on a flat tire.
An investigation by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office determined 24-year-old Noah Palumbo had been driving while intoxicated and his license had been previously suspended.
The Romulus resident was turned over to corrections staff at the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
