Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a man following a report of indecent exposure at a Canandaigua convenience store.
Deputies say 34-year-old Luis Denobrega was taken into custody just after midnight on Wednesday. He is accused of exposing himself to several people at the Byrne Dairy on County Road 50.
Denobrega was arrested without incident and issued an appearance ticket. He’s scheduled to answer the charge in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
