The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 50-year-old man on a Family Court Warrant.
Paublo Luis Soto-Burgos was taken into custody at the Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva following a custody transfer from the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Paublo was taken into custody by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies and transported to the Ontario County Jail where he will be held pending Centralized Arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
