The person allegedly responsible for throwing another person through a plate glass window in Ithaca earlier this month has been arrested.
Marc Scutt was arrested Friday on a charge of felony assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Scutt is accused of throwing a person through the window in the 100 block of East State Street during the late evening hours of March 13th.
There has been no update on the victim, who suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a regional trauma center for lifesaving care.
