A Naples man has been charged with harassment following the investigation into an incident at a local hospital.
Daniel Pantaleo is alleged to have caused a verbal disturbance at Thompson Hospital and shoved a nurse when he attempted to escort the 49-year-old off the property.
Pantaleo was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
