A Campbell man has been charged with rape in Schuyler County.
27-year-old Justin Hyde was arrested by State Police following an investigation into the reported sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl and violation of an Order of Protection. The alleged incident happened in the town of Dix.
At last word, Hyde was being held at Schuyler County CAP to await further court proceedings.
