One man is facing legal trouble after allegedly failing to return a vehicle he borrowed.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, they began investigating the reported motor vehicle larceny on last Thursday. State Police later found the vehicle at the Pit Stop in Port Byron.
Brian Shimer was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Port Byron.
