State Police say they have arrested a homeless man in connection with the theft of two commercial box delivery trucks owned by a company in Wayne County last fall.
34-year-old Anthony Carr is accused of taking the vehicles from DNT Express in Clyde.
Carr was picked up in Rochester this week and charged with two counts of felony grand larceny.
