A Stanley man is accused of smashing out the windows of multiple cars at the Quality Inn hotel in Seneca Falls.
Todd Russell is also accused of using an awl to damage the windows and also menaced one of the hotel guests with it. The 26-year-old was charged with four counts of criminal mischief, along with single counts of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
Russell was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
