SHARE NOW

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Webster man following the investigation into a domestic violence altercation in Marion.

It is alleged that during an argument, 21-year-old Cole Alger kicked and damaged an interior door and then shoved his girlfriend into a wall causing damage.

Alger was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket for Marion Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
