Police arrested an Ontario County man over the weekend after he allegedly pointed a sawed-off rifle at another person during an argument.
Following the dispute, 42-year-old Jason Harrison of Manchester fled the scene and left the gun in a duffle bag in the woods in the town of Palmyra. Wayne County authorities later located the bag that not only contained the gun inside of it but a bag of crack cocaine as well.
Harrison was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a weapon.
