The Macedon Police Department released a list of arrests made in January 2026. Charges range from petit larceny and harassment to assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
- Damian Tatchell, 35, of Rochester, was charged with second-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to Wayne County Jail for a CAP arraignment.
- Emory Reynolds, 28, of Macedon, was charged with second-degree harassment and was also taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment and a requested order of protection.
- Denys Koren, 21, of Webster, received a petit larceny charge and was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
- William Fabian, 29, of Pittsford, was charged with three counts of petit larceny and issued appearance tickets for court.
- Deborah Downey, 71, of Fairport, charged with petit larceny, received an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court.
- Jillian Beebe, 36, of Palmyra, charged with two counts of petit larceny, was issued court appearance tickets.
- Crystal Wheaton, 41, of Lyons, charged with theft of services, received an appearance ticket for court.
- Cecil Foster, 22, of Rochester, charged with second-degree criminal trespass and harassment, was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
- Leanne Bertollini, 46, of Macedon, charged with petit larceny, was issued a court appearance ticket.
- Cinquasia Graham, 28, of Macedon, charged with petit larceny, was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
