A Macedon man is facing charges following his arrest by local police.
The Macedon Police Department reports 29-year-old Bradley Mamroe has been charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Macedon Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
