A Lyons woman is facing charges following an investigation at the Lyons Central School District, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators allege that on Jan. 8, 45-year-old Terri Lagrand entered Lyons Central School District property despite knowing she had been barred from the property by a Wayne County court order.
Lagrand was arrested by deputies in the Town of Lyons and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal contempt. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
