An incident in late April at the Newark Walmart store resulted in the arrest of a Lyons woman.
It is alleged that on April 27th Brooke Hartman left the store having passed all points of sale without having paid for the merchandise she had.
Brooke was charged with petit larceny and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
