Lyons Woman Arrested Following Fight

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman following an investigation into a disturbance that occurred in the Town of Lyons.

Deputies arrested Danielle M. Adams, of Jackson Street in the Town of Lyons for 1 Count of Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, 1 Count of Disorderly Conduct and 1 Count of Harassment in the 2nd Degree following the investigation.

It is alleged that on 7/4/23 Ms. Adams was involved in a physical altercation during which Ms. Adams pushed another female.  Deputies arrived on scene and observed a large disturbance involving multiple people including Ms. Adams who fought with responding Deputies while Deputies were conducting an official investigation into the disturbance.  Ms. Adams was transported to Newark Wayne Community Hospital due to her level of intoxication on the night of the incident.

Ms. Adams was located on 7/9/2023 and subsequently arrested for the charges listed above.  Ms. Adams was transported to the Wayne County Jail where she awaits CAP arraignment before the presiding Judge.  Ms. Adams is to appear in the Town of Lyons court at a later date and time for further court proceedings.
