The investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Lyons resulted in the arrest of a 45-year-old Lyons woman by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Rebecca Austin is accused of allegedly entering an apartment unit belonging to the victim without permission to do so and remaining unlawfully in the unit for several minutes before leaving.
Austin was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment and will return to Lyons Town Court on a future date to answer the charge.
