The investigation into a reported disturbance in the town of Lyons Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Lyons woman.
Megan Potlaski was arrested following a disturbance where it is alleged that the 33-year-old became physical with and damaged property belonging to a person who had an Order of Protection against her. The alleged incident also took place in front of a child under the age of 17.
Potlaski was charged with criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
