A Wayne County man has been charged with two felonies in connection with an incident that happened on Water Street in the town of Lyons.
An investigation revealed that Johnnell Archibald broke into the victim’s apartment, physically assaulted him and then made threats that if the victim did not place his television outside of his apartment where it could be taken, the victim would sustain further injury.
The 30-year-old Lyons man was charged with burglary and robbery and was brought to the Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
