A Lyons man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a Sunday night traffic stop in Yates County.
Jonathan Peck was stopped on Guyanoga Road in the town of Jerusalem for a traffic infraction. Subsequent to an interview with Peck, he performed a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The 27-year-old was arrested and transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a chemical test.
Peck was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Jerusalem Town Court. Further charges are pending the result of chemical tests.
