A Lyons man has been arrested following a domestic incident at his home earlier this week, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 27-year-old Zachary Sebring was taken into custody after an investigation into a disturbance that occurred on Wednesday at a residence on State Route 14. Authorities allege that Sebring got into a verbal argument and intentionally damaged a keychain and a picture frame mounted on the wall.
Sebring was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief. He was processed and taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court.
He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
