A Lyons man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for petit larceny.
Deputies arrested Stephen Nicoletta after a warrant was issued out of Lyons Town Court for his alleged failure to appear on numerous court dates stemming from a March 9th arrest for petit larceny.
Nicoletta was released on an appearance ticket following his CAP Court arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
