A Lyons man was arrested Friday morning on a warrant out of Williamson Town Court.
The warrant for 33-year-old Rex Payne charges him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Payne turned himself in at the Wayne County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket following his arraignment.
