A Lyons man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a larceny.
It is alleged that Joseph Gonzalez allegedly stole ArmorAll wipes, Black Ice trees, and two Beat Box wine coolers from Quicklees in the town of Lyons. When deputies were taking Gonzalez into custody, they reportedly found grass seed on the 26-year-old that belonged to Santelli Lumber that had allegedly been stolen.
Gonzalez was arrested on a charge of petit larceny for each incident and was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
