A Lyons man was arrested Saturday following an investigation into a larceny that happened in the village of Sodus.
The charges against Aaron Foulkrod stem from an investigation into a larceny where Foulkrod allegedly passed all points of sale at a business without making any attempt to pay for merchandise.
The 36-year-old was charged with petit larceny and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment. Foulkrod will appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
