A Lyons man was arrested on a warrant issued by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision for violation of parole.
The arrest warrant for Jason Ward was issued based on the original charge of burglary. It is alleged that Ward violated the terms of his parole, conditional release, and/or terms of his post-release supervision leading to the issuance of the warrant.
Ward was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail for further processing and CAP arraignment.
