The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Lyons man in connection with a domestic violence incident in the Town of Lyons.
Deputies say 21-year-old Collin Martin, was taken into custody following a physical altercation with his girlfriend. As a result of the investigation, Martin was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the Second Degree.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
Martin is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on August 19 at 8:30 a.m.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
