The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 36-year-old Jonathan Tarver, of Lyons, on multiple charges, including Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.
Deputies say Tarver was found trespassing on property from which he had been banned earlier that day. He allegedly resisted and attempted to fight with deputies during the arrest.
Tarver was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on September 16, 2025, at 8:30 a.m
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
