A Lyons man was arrested Sunday following the investigation into a domestic incident that happened on January 6th in Lyons.
It is alleged that 21-year-old Seth Dejesus damaged the window of a car with a bat and threatened unwanted physical contact.
Dejesus was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and harassment and was being held for arraignment at the Wayne County Jail.
