A Lyons man has been arrested following the investigation into an incident that happened back in April on Broad Street in Lyons.
The charges against Brandon Impson stem from an investigation into a disturbance where he was allegedly intoxicated and caused a disturbance while inside a car. When deputies attempted to take Impson into custody, he physically resisted. Blood results from that day yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .05 and the presence of cocaine.
Impson was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being released on appearance tickets for Lyons Town Court.
