A Lyons man faces charges in Wayne County after he took a car without permission.
33-year-old Rex Payne is accused of taking the victim’s car without their knowledge and knew he was not allowed to use or borrow the vehicle. The car was found after Payne after he allegedly crashed it on Minsteed Road.
Payne was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court.
