The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lyons man following an investigation into a disturbance that happened in Lyons earlier this week.
Albert Webber is accused of knowingly providing a false sworn statement to Deputies during the course of the investigation into a disturbance that occurred on Monday.
Webber was charged with providing a false statement and was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
